Well it’s officially gone. This past Sunday someone came by and took her away. It was fun while it lasted, here are some pictures of it ready to go:

I decided to touchup that spot in front of the crate again, I didn’t have the art correct.

I’m prepping my Scared Stiff for sale and I decided to touchup the one wear spot on the playfield right in front of the crate. It’s not perfect but looks much better IMHO.

This took about 30 hours to complete. I take a long time shopping my games because I like to make them as nice as I can. I will be doing a full restore in the future on this game but not until Twilight Zone is finished.
Here are some pictures:
It came out really clean. Here is what I did:
1. Totally stripped down the playfield
2. Cleaned the surface with Novus 2
3. Buffed the playfield surface. I applied 3M Rubbing Compound and then Turtle Wax Pure Caranuba
4. Lightly regrained the ball guides
5. New bulbs and rubber
6. Flame polished the bat ramp
7. Installed new glowing bones and glowing flippers
I had to fix a few things as well:
1. Two new Crate LEDs
2. New Amp transistor for the sub in the main cabinet. I now have BASS!
3. Fixed the coffin lid spring
4. Replaced a dead coil for the coffin kicker
The game used to look like this:

Now I just need to fix the spinning spider and install a missing ball gate and it’s done for the moment!
Wow, it’s been a long time since I last posted. I don’t know how regular bloggers get all that energy
I just bought a Scared Stiff coming in from Lafayette Louisiana. This is the first time I have ever shipped a game in. The seller, John Arceneaux, has cardboard and shrink wrapped the game for me. I am very excited and nervous at the same time. Here are some pictures:
